We hope the new year has been good for you so far! There has been a lot of illness going around, so please check in on the elderly in your life. Make grocery runs for them, see if they need rides to the doctor or the pharmacy, or just sit and talk with them if they need someone to talk to. The winter months can be so lonely.

We hope you can join us on Super Bowl Sunday, when we will have our 2nd Annual Chili Cook-off. Chili needs to be at the Legion by 6:00 p.m. The winners (1st place, 2nd place, and 3rd place) will be announced at halftime.
Valentine’s Day is right around the corner. While you acknowledge family and loved ones in your life, don’t forget to spread some love to our active military and Veterans. There are so many ways to do this, including taking a meal to them; giving them a gift card for coffee or dinner; or simply visiting with them, especially if they live alone.
