Tickling Our Tastebuds

Hello, everyone! I hope everyone enjoyed their Mother’s Day. I need to
apologize because I missed an ingredient in my mom’s fruit cobbler recipe
that I shared with you last month. When mixing together the sugar and
cornstarch, you will need to add some cinnamon – ½ teaspoon per 4 cups
of fruit. Happy Father’s Day to all fathers!
Now, we are on to the next holiday: Memorial Day. This is typically
the issue that I share a salad recipe of some kind for you to prepare for
your family get-together. This year, I decided to do a dessert recipe. It is
quick, simple, and delicious. It’s mini cheesecakes made in muffin pans, so
everyone gets their own personal one. I have made them with different
fruits to make them patriotic colors.
I hope you enjoy your Memorial Day. Spend time with family and
friends, but most importantly, celebrate those who have given of
themselves and sacrificed their own family-time to protect our freedoms.
