tto is an eleven-pound, one-year-and-eight-month-old
Pomeranian. He is a joyful, always smiling, little fella. Otto’s
master and best friend is Father Collin Poston, pastor of Our
Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Thurmont and Saint Anthony
Shrine in Emmitsburg. Fr. Collin describes Otto as being
“sometimes hyper-spastic, but a happy little pooch with a lot
of personality and an amazing amount of energy; he is always
willing to share lots of puppy kisses!”
