Tickling Our Tastebuds

Hello, everyone! A large majority of the population is now looking forward to our next holiday. If you are a sports fan,
then you already know that I am talking about the SUPERBOWL! You can call me crazy, but I love to watch football (I guess
there are only a few sports that I don’t enjoy watching).
The commercials have already started promoting the big day. More importantly, they are advertising a variety of foods to
prepare if you are hosting a party or if you bringing something to share to a party. One of my favorite dips to prepare is a
cheese and bacon mixture, served in a bread bowl.
If you enjoy watching the Superbowl, I hope your team wins. If you don’t do football, I hope you try this dip sometime—
it’s great for any party.

Cheesy Bacon Dip

Ingredients

8 oz. Colby-Jack shredded cheese 1 small onion, diced

1 cup mayo 1 garlic clove, diced
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 round loaf of sourdough bread

12-16 pieces of bacon

Directions

Slice the top off the bread and scoop out the center. Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Heat on stovetop or in the microwave and pour into bread bowl. Sprinkle with bacon bits and put
bread top on and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Serve with crackers and the center of the bread cut into cubes.
