Library staff are insisting that
everyone now mark their calendar
with the word “FUN,” to remember
that the Annual Library Fun Fair
is happening on Saturday, July 22,
from 10:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. We will
have live animals, including Everlast
the Friendly Alpaca; unique face
painting by Elizabeth; and historical
craftmaker spaces with button
whizzers and handkerchief dolls.
“Touch a Truck” will let your kids
get up close to emergency and other
types of vehicles. Kids will also be
able to make a Fairy Door to take
home, courtesy of the Thurmont
