O look
and see
how bright the setting sun
sinks slowly past the shady blues
of our first mountain range
while its silver beams
steal through the western walls
and fill my room with awe.
I glance to see the source
of all this radiance;
I expect the shining golden glow
most often seen Share Your Creative Side!

this winter night;
that’s silver far and wide:
silver sun
silver clouds
a solid silver sky
or, is it platinum
so pure and white!
Look now!
it slips away
this winter’s night.
