Guardian Hose Company Awards
Scholarships to Local Students
The James H. Mackley Golf Day, sponsored by Thurmont’s Guardian
Hose Company (GHC), will be held Friday, September 22, 2017, at the
Maple Run Golf Course, located at 13610 Moser Road in Thurmont. The
Guardian Hose Company would like to thank all the supporters of this
event. Because of them, the Guardian Hose Comapny, Inc., has awarded over
$8,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors from Catoctin High School.
The scholarship was awarded to

GHC will be renewing scholarships
for Stephanie Kennedy and Emily
Little again, this year.
The GHC will be presenting a
local graduating student with a
scholarship in honor of James H.
Mackley’s name to a student that
wants to continue with an education
