            Halloween in the Park Brings Out                                           Emmitsburg Halloween Parade &

            Thurmont’s Monsters                                                        Costume Contest

            activities, such as Ring-a-Monster,
            Apple Dip, and Candy Corn Ball
            Toss. Plenty of food and drink
