Second Cousins Win in Rocky Ridge

Baby Contest

Second cousins, Baylor Lewandowski and newborn Tinsley Young won
their categories in the Rocky Ridge Baby Contest on Saturday, August 11,
2018, during the Big Picnic. James and Heather Young of Thurmont are shown

baby Baylor, winner of the Cutest Boy award. Baylor was born on August 8,
2018, weighing 7.7 pounds.
