Emmitsburg Food Bank Receives Donations

FEMA has been a
blessing and supporter of
the Emmitsburg Food Bank
for many years. Classes
have donated money or
gone out and bought food
for both the food bank and
the Catoctin Pregnancy
Center—both are very
grateful. Pictured are the
two latest donations.

(above) FEMA presents Emmitsburg Food Bank Manager Phyllis
Kelly a $400 check, funds they collected on behalf of Barbara
Klingen Smith, a former instructor of theirs. It was donated
August 29, 2018, by The NFA Management of Emergency
Medical Services August 2018 Class.

(left) Donations were made to both the Emmitsburg Food
Bank and the Catoctin Pregnancy Center by Executive Fire
Office Program August 19-31 Class: (left) Mike Hanuscin year
4, and (right) Nestor Mangubat year 3. Both men are their
class Presidents.
