Back Champions

The Catoctin Junior Cougars Varsity Boys Basketball Team won the Mid-
Maryland Boys Basketball League Division “A” Tournament. In a hard fought
game, the Cougars finished with a 44-33 victory over Walkersville. Bryant
Palmer was named the MVA for the tournament.

The Cougars were also the Mid-Maryland Antietam Champions, ending
the season with a record of 18-3. The team won back-to-back Mid-Maryland
champions, a first in Catoctin Junior Cougars history. The team finished with
an overall record of 34-8, another Catoctin Junior Cougars first.
