Arbor Day Proclamation Made
The Thurmont Mayor and Commissioners made an Arbor Day
proclamation as part of their efforts to continue being recognized as a Tree
City by the Arbor Day Foundation. Over the last few years, the town has
also planted 224 new trees throughout the town.
