Luncheon

(FCRSPA) gathered for
a luncheon at Dutch’s
Daughter on March 6,
2018.
Members collected
over $1,250 for the
Frederick Scholarship
Fund. In addition,
they heard from
Wanda Twigg,
executive director of

organization is open to all those who have retired from Frederick County
