Methodist Church Come Together to Look Who Took Us Along!
lend a Helping Hand
On Saturday, November 14, 2015, fourteen people from Thurmont United Audrey Downs
Methodist Church went to the home of Martha Burkett, an older woman no and her daughter,
longer able to do any yard work. They helped her prepare her yard for winter Cathy Ligsay,
and spring. The work consisted of tree trimming, removing ivy from the are shown on
house, cleaning the gutters, raking the leaves, and mowing. Kewl Bus Tours,
Before After headed to the
Amish country
in Lancaster, PA.
They took along
the Banner, as
they enjoyed the
fall foliage, the
trip, and of course
the Banner!
